Message I know I am kind of obsessed with clutches at this point ;)
I found this TQ calculator online that you can plug in different coeff of friction numbers and come up with TQ holding numbers in many different combinations of materials and pressure plate clamp loads. Seems to be on the money for what clutch materials and clamp loads I plugged into it.

FYI, The TT clutch disk is approx 9.8" X 6.125"

Some other info I found to play with.
Stock TT pressure plate is 1764lbs
Stock NA pressure plate is 1279lbs
RPS MAX 2700lbs
RPS Street aprox 200lbs more than stock
DXD street pressure plates 2000-2500lbs
DXD "X" Series pressure plates. 2300lbs up to 3800lbs
JWT Hi-Perf TT Pressure plate 2500lbs
Friction Coeff of Feramic .67
